For the
reason we need to accelerate the process of following-up all
remaining "1 Month" & "1 Year patients", and in order to
simplify
and to ensure
the shortest time in accomplishing this mission; please note
that we denied the access to GFU system and will send
each country,
in stead, a smart table of those "not-yet" followed patients
for you to fill - only - the "Survival Status" field.
Your prompt
response in completing these tables is urgently needed not
later than 2 weeks
from the date
you receive
- very soon -
those tables.
